I’ve crossed the threshold and made it to the ranks of senior citizen, geezer and old coot.<\/p>\n
I’ve worked hard most of my life, starting when I was 15 and\u00a0still going.<\/p>\n
I’ve worked in radio and TV news for more than 20 years.<\/p>\n
Then ran information technology for the City of Honolulu, in homeland security with the State of Hawaii and now the federal government.<\/p>\n
If I count my military service I’ve had\u00a0eight major careers and a bunch of sidelines\u00a0in my lifetime.
\nI would do it the same way again.<\/p>\n
I’ve\u00a0learned a lot of stuff and I can’t say I’ve ever been bored.<\/p>\n
New posts are\u00a0generally when I feel like it.
\nIn most cases it’s Monday and Friday, sometimes not.<\/p>\n
