Anyway, this thing\u00a0won’t go away in my brain no matter what threats I make.<\/p>\n It’s like when\u00a0the party is over\u00a0and there’s always one person who’s still there and won’t take the hint: GET OUT !<\/p>\n I have studied this and\u00a0the scientific term is earworm.<\/p>\n How appropriate and how unusual. This is why doctors go to school for a bazillion years. Great.<\/p>\n Now I got earworm and brain itch.<\/p>\n Scientists say the only way to scratch it is to repeat the song over and over in your mind.<\/p>\n That’s what’s happening.<\/p>\n
