I’m glad I’m not in college these days.
\nI’d never make it to the end.<\/p>\n

First, I’m a lot more stupid than I was back then…and I’m a lot more lazy.<\/p>\n

Back in the stone age I took some courses at Washington State University.<\/p>\n

Great party school.<\/p>\n

When I went there we were expected to get the assignments done on time, show up for a majority of classes and pass the tests.<\/p>\n

\"Washington_State_University\"<\/a>Other than that – just behave yourself.<\/p>\n

Join me as we visit WSU – home of the Cougars.<\/p>\n

See how you like this:<\/p>\n

If you’re a student of certain professors at that school, your grades will drop if you use words like \u201cillegal alien,\u201d “male,” and \u201cfemale,\u201d or if you fail to \u201cdefer\u201d to non-white students.<\/p>\n

\"Briekss-Poster-sized\"<\/a>Nice, huh?<\/p>\n

Let’s dissect this in a hopeless effort to understand.<\/p>\n

The professor of the “Women & Popular Culture\u201d class has laid down the law that students will get a failing grade if they use any words she considers oppressive or hateful.<\/p>\n

Please note: what she considers.<\/p>\n

I consider anything with chocolate to be the best thing in the world but don’t care if you agree.<\/p>\n

Depending how much you offend the lady, you can be removed, fail the assignment, or fail the semester.<\/p>\n

Yes ma’am, that’s preparing them for life.<\/p>\n

Follow the herd.
\nKeep your opinion to yourself.<\/p>\n

No picture seems to exist of this lady.
\nProbably a good thing.<\/p>\n

I leave you with her poster.<\/p>\n

This professor’s not alone in the loony-tune world of academia..<\/p>\n

\"rebecca.fowler\"<\/a>Students taking Professor Rebecca Fowler\u2019s \u201cIntroduction to Comparative Ethnic Studies\u201d course will see their grades drop if they use the term \u201cillegal alien\u201d in their assigned writing.<\/p>\n

This lady says, “students will come to recognize how white privilege functions in everyday social structures and institutions.\u201d<\/p>\n

Here’s how she explains it:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe socio-legal production of migrant illegality works to systematically dehumanize and exploit these brown bodies for their labor.\u201d<\/p>\n

I have no idea what she said either.
\nShe must be a blast on a date.<\/p>\n

I’ll pass.<\/p>\n

Saving the best for last…<\/p>\n

\"streamas\"<\/a>Students in professor John Streamas’s class are expected to \u201cdefer\u201d to non-white students if they want to do well in the class.<\/p>\n

You would be expected to “reflect” on your grasp of history and social relations by respecting shy and quiet classmates.<\/p>\n

In other words leave them alone so they have no chance of making new friends and feed their insecurities.<\/p>\n

Also defer to the experiences of people of color.<\/p>\n

I’m going to be ill.<\/p>\n

Several other WSU professors require their students to \u201cacknowledge that racism, classism, sexism, heterosexism, and other institutionalized forms of oppression exist\u201d or that \u201c we do not live in a post-racial world.\u201d<\/p>\n

I should note people don’t have to take these classes so I expect those that do are already brain washed.<\/p>\n

Maybe if everyone stopped blaming people today for something that happened 150 years ago would be an interesting direction?<\/p>\n

What do ya think?<\/p>\n

What I think is they should invite Donald Trump to come speak to the students.<\/p>\n

I’d buy a ticket to watch that.<\/p>\n
